NOTE: ALL FIRST TIME SERVICE CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED $700/DAY FOR THE FIRST SERVICE VISIT.
Service and evaluation of your equipment will include the following:
- Evaluate each unit for operational capabilities.
- Adjust Process Area to OEM specifications as needed.
- Rid machine of wrinkling problems to allow for consistent usage. Identify which parts may be at fault for this problem or identify which adjustments are not in proper specification area that are causing wrinkling problem.
- Address any on-going problems which maintenance may be experiencing.
- Provide a detailed audit of the units and make recommendations, discuss solutions to machine and process issues.
- Operator and Maintenance training as required
- Backup PLC program will be recorded and archived at GMM’s facility and forwarded via email.
Service Rates:
$1250.00 per day
(Monday through Friday- up to 12 Hours).
$1,750.00 per day (Saturday and Sunday- up to 12 Hours).
Travel Rate: $35.00 per hour
PLEASE NOTE: Assume 2 laminators at facility.
*All travel expenses will be billed directly from receipts.
